SPARTA Mornings

SPARTA Camp is available to families that require an early drop-off. Students will get their day started with a morning activity before heading their summer programs.

SPARTA Evenings

Our afternoon camp, SPARTA Hero Academy: Legends in the Making, brings our theme to life—where heroes rise and legends are made—through fun activities, exciting field trips, and pool days. Each week, students will explore different types of heroes, from themselves to those around the world, while building confidence, making friends, and creating lasting memories.

A.M. Service: 6:30 - 8:00 a.m.*

P.M. Service: 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

*Students enrolled in our A.M. services who require transportation to another campus must be dropped off at the Elementary campus by 7:20 a.m. This applies to Early Childhood Center (ECC) and Middle School students. If a student misses the shuttle, parents will be responsible for transporting them to their designated campus.

• Registration for SPARTA Camp is available online through EZChildTrack Parent Portal. A $50 non-refundable registration fee is required per application.

• To enroll in the 2025-26 summer camp, parents must complete the online registration application through the EZChildTrack Parent Portal. All registration questions must be completed and updated, and parents must select the specific weeks their child will attend.

• Once the application is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the address on file regarding program acceptance. Each application undergoes a review and approval process, which may take up to two weeks. For first-time users of EZChildTrack, this email will also include a temporary password for account access.

• SPARTA Camp Summer Activities: This summer, students will enjoy two field trips and Pool Days. To participate, parents must add these activities during registration for an additional fee.

  • A pool pass form must be submitted along with a $15 non-refundable payment per student for participation in SPARTA Pool Day.

Summer Camp Registration and Payment Information

• The registration fee for summer enrollment is $50 per account, which is non-refundable.
• Both registration fees and tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable to another student or program.
• Payment Options: Fees can be paid online via EZChildTrack using a credit card, debit card, or e-check.
• Tuition is charged at a weekly rate, regardless of attendance days. For a detailed fee schedule, please click here
  • Tuition Due Date: Payments are due by Sunday before the week your child attends. If payment is not received by Monday, students will be suspended until payment is made.
• Extended Day Hours: Extended Day services end at 6:00 p.m. daily.
  • Pick-up after 6:00 p.m., will incur a fee of $5 per minute until 6:30 p.m. After 6:30 p.m., the late fee will increase to $10 per minute.
• Late Fees: Both late payment and late pick-up fees must be paid with the next week's tuition payment. If not paid on time, additional late fees will apply.
• Outstanding Balances: If any fees are outstanding for two weeks after the due date, your child will be removed from the program until the balance is paid.
  • A new registration fee is required to re-enroll, and outstanding balances must be cleared before re-entry is allowed, subject to availability.
• Withdrawal Policy: To withdraw your child, a withdrawal form must be submitted one week prior to avoid the next week's tuition charge. Any outstanding balances at the time of withdrawal will remain the responsibility of the parent.
• Non-refundable Fees: Fees and/or tuition are non-refundable if your child is suspended or removed from the program for any reason.
• Application and Start Date: When submitting a registration application, parents must select the weeks their child will attend. Students may not attend until the application has been approved.
  • If a change to the requested start date is needed, please contact the Extended Day Office. Parents may delay their child’s start date once per session.
• No Refunds or Credits: There will be no refunds or credits for suspension, dismissal, inclement weather, school closures, parent behavior issues, missed field trips/in-house activities, or any non-refundable fees paid.
• Please note that tuition has increased for summer 2026 program. Due to the rate of inflation, the increase was necessary to continue to provide a memorable experience for students.
