Program Services

For the 2025–2026 school year, Extended Day will offer three flexible care options to meet the needs of families: Morning Only, Afternoon Only, and Full Day (Morning & Afternoon).

Extended Mornings (Morning Only)

Our morning program is a great option for families who need early drop-off. The program begins at 6:30 a.m. and provides students with a calm, structured environment to prepare for the school day. During this time, students may complete unfinished assignments, read quietly, or get organized for the day ahead.

Extended Day PM (Afternoon Only)

Our afternoon program begins at school dismissal and runs until 6:00 p.m. It includes a structured “Hour of Power” for completing homework or reading logs, followed by a rotation of engaging activities that support creativity and growth. Activities include Arts & Crafts, STEM challenges, team games, and Technology Exploration.

Full Day (Morning & Afternoon)

Families who need both early drop-off and after-school care may enroll in our Full Day option, which provides comprehensive care from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Students receive the benefits of both morning support and our robust afternoon enrichment activities.

A.M. Service: 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.

P.M. Service:  3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

If students are participating in our A.M. services and will need to be shuttled to another campus:

•  Middle School students must be dropped off to the Elementary Campus by 6:45 a.m.
• Early Childhood Center (ECC) students must be dropped off by 7:20 a.m.

If students miss the shuttle pickup times parents will be responsible for dropping students off to their respective locations.

Costs

All fees are paid monthly via the EZChildTrack parent portal:
 
Mornings only: $75 / per child per month

Afternoons only: $150 / per child per month

AM & PM: $200 / per child per month
*Multi-family discounts are available

There will be a $50 non-refundable registration fee.

Please note Extended Day follows the district calendar for holiday and Early Dismissal dates.

• Registration for the 2025-26 school year is now available online through EZChildTrack for existing and new accounts. 
• To register for the 2025-26 school year, parents need to complete the online registration application through the EZChildTrack portal.  You will need to complete and update all registration questions and select the program (morning only, afternoon only, or full service) that your child will be attending.  
• There will be a $50 non-refundable registration fee. 
• After the application is submitted, a confirmation of submission will be sent to the primary account holder's email address on file.  Each application is reviewed and approved, which may take up to two weeks.  If this is the first time setting up an account in EZChildTrack, a temporary password will be provided once registration has been approved.

 

• Registration fee and tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable to another student or program. 
• Fees can be paid online in EZChildTrack using a credit card, debit card, or e-check.
• Tuition is charged at a monthly rate regardless of the number of days of attendance or school days in a month.  Tuition for August and December are prorated due to the number of calendar days of service.  
• Tuition is due on the first of each month.
• Late payment fees of $5 per day will be charged for payments that are not received by the due date.  
• Extended Day ends at 6:00 p.m. each day.  Parents that arrive after 6:00 p.m. will be charged additional fees.  
• Late payment and pick-up fees are due with the next tuition payment. Late fees will be applied if not paid on time.
• Children will be removed from the program if the balance of ANY fees are outstanding two weeks after the due date. (The fee schedule is available on the department’s webpage.)
• The registration fee (if applicable) must be paid again to re-enroll and outstanding balances must be cleared before re-entry is granted, provided there is availability in the program. 
• No refunds will be issued for withdrawing during the month.
• When withdrawing your child, written notice must be given two weeks prior to the end of the month in order to avoid the next month’s tuition.   
• Outstanding balances at the time of the withdrawal will be the responsibility of the parent.
• Fees and/or tuition are non-refundable in the event your child is suspended or removed from the program for any reason.
• When submitting a registration application, parents will select the first day that the student will attend the program.  Students may not attend until the application has been approved.  Extended Day will work to accommodate the requested start date to the best of our ability. 
• If a parent needs to change the requested start date prior to attendance, contact the Extended Day Office.  Parents may delay their child’s start date one time per school year. 
• There will be no refunds or credits for suspension or dismissal of any student, inclement weather conditions, school closures, parent behavioral issues, spring break charges, missed field trips/in-house activities or any non-refundable fees paid.
