VATRE Passes

On November 7, 2023, voters in Stafford approved the 2023 VATRE (Voter Approval Tax Rate Election), the first for Stafford Municipal School District. As stated during our Town Hall meetings and on our website, Stafford plans to use the funds from the VATRE to provide raises, incentives, and stipends, hire unfilled staff positions, and restore several of our programs (i.e. CTE, Athletics, Fine Arts, STEM, etc.). Learn more about our next steps and what to expect in the coming months by viewing the following video.
