Ash Hamirani made history in 2019 as the youngest Trustee and first South Asian Trustee in Stafford MSD’s history. Born in India and raised in Fort Bend County, Trustee Hamirani has been a proud member of the Stafford community for over 25 years. He resides in Stafford with his wife, Dr. Mahevish Virani, their son Ayden (SMSD Class of 2039), and his parents. The Hamirani family is excited to welcome a baby girl in April 2025. Driven by a strong passion for education and community service, Ash serves as a Trustee to ensure all students have access to quality opportunities. Now in his sixth year on the board, he continues to advocate for the district’s success while leading workforce housing initiatives through his company, Blue Heaven Capital.
