Joycelyn Bennett is a proud graduate of Texas State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree. She went on to obtain her Master’s degree, further strengthening her foundation in leadership, education, and service.
A dedicated public servant and passionate advocate for education, Joycelyn has built her career around one core mission: serving people and creating meaningful opportunities for others to succeed. With experience across multiple professional fields, she brings a well-rounded perspective, strong leadership, and a results-driven mindset to the Stafford community.
As a newly elected member of the Stafford Municipal School District Board, Joycelyn is committed to elevating student achievement, supporting teachers, and ensuring every student has access to a high-quality, equitable education. She believes in accountability, transparency, and building strong partnerships between schools, families, and the community.
Above all, Joycelyn is a proud mother of three beautiful children. Her lived experiences as both a parent and an educator fuel her passion and give her a powerful voice in advocating for students and families across the district.
