SMSD All Staff Vaccination Survey

Important Update: In order to obtain timely information, we will release a new survey to all employees at the start of every 6-week grading period throughout the 2021-22 school year. The survey will be available in a direct email and here on the Employee Portal.

This is an OPTIONAL survey for all Stafford MSD employees which will only take a few seconds to complete. The survey will measure the vaccination rate in order to provide transparency and data to our parents and community members. During the current climate, this information is important as we work alongside Spartan families towards student success. This survey is anonymous; only aggregated, non-identifiable data will be gathered and released.

Participation in this survey is completely optional.
