New Students

Prior to beginning Online Registration for Enrollment, gather the following documents listed below.  Upload of documents is required for New Student Registration.

• Current Proof of Residency: Utility Bill and Lease / Mortgage Agreement
• Government Issued Photo ID: Driver's license, passport, state ID or other
• Original Birth Certificate of Student: A certified copy or original birth certificate is needed if the student is under the age of 11. (Other legal documents that establish identity like a passport, driver's license, hospital birth record, adoption record, etc. may be accepted.)
• Original Social Security Card of Student: This is voluntary and refusing to provide it will NOT prevent enrollment
• Current Immunization Record of Student
• Last Report Card/Withdrawal Form from Previous School: If enrolled the year prior at another school district 

If you do not have a Parent Portal account, you will need to create one prior to enrolling your student.  Please be sure to upload all the documents listed in Step 1 to complete.

Once you have completed Step 2, you will need to fill out your student’s Online Registration for Enrollment, which is available as an online Microsoft Form and the link is below.

Once you have completed Steps 1, 2 and 3, please call the campus registrar to set up an appointment to finalize registration. For your appointment, please ensure you bring in a physical copy of all required documentation from Step 1.
