District and Campus Visitors

SMSD campuses are equipped with V-Soft Raptor Identification System, a visitor tracking system designed to ensure the safety of our students and staff. The system tracks all visitors, including parents, volunteers, vendors, and contractors. We welcome visitors to different events on our campuses. Please have proper identification ready for an opportunity to enter each campus.

Facility Rentals

SMSD allows the community to use its facilities. Please submit fully completed Facility Rental Request Form to Jaci Phenix, jphenix@staffordmsd.org, or call 281-208-6148.

Flyer Distribution Requests

Not-for-Profit organizations can apply to have flyers distributed to our students and staff for the 2012-2013 school year between the dates of September 4, 2012 through May 17, 2013. Please download and complete appropriate form from the menu on the left and submit to partners@staffordmsd.org, or call 281-261-9219.
